Need post surgery care for my wife

My wife just had her tonsils out and needs to rest. I work from home and our baby is at home with our nanny. I could use some help for up to 4 hours per day caring for my wifes needs, replacing ice packs, refilling her water, getting her any food needed etc. But also maintaining the house, cleaning up and organizing, just caring for her and our home while I work and our child is cared for.
