Need help with stuff around the house and running kids to appointments and actiivites

Julie (Mom) is going through a clinical trial for Cancer and also has had a recent hernia surgery. She is limited in driving kids to Dr's appointments and doing daily chores around the house. There are no medical needs. She just needs someone to fill in for her on some weekly activities she is unable to do.
