I will be out going to a conference starting 12/4/25; She needs assistance to go to the bathroom, she follows commands, but she needs to be prompted to take medications, to wash hands, to eat, etc.; my husband and my son can help but they can't help with bathroom or changing diapers (she can control urine and stools
