My mother struggles to manage some of the day to day needs of her small home. I am nearly 3 hours away. At some point she may need someone to accompany her to dr visits, but right now, i'm just looking for someone that can do a few dishes, do some light cleaning around the bathrooms, and have some light hearted conversation with her. Maybe cook her a decent meal every now and then? She's beat cancer twice, but it has taken a toll. She uses a walker but doesn't exercise enough to get off of it. So maybe some short walks would do her good.
