Our family is seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver to assist with caring for our elderly grandmother, who is in her late 80s to early 90s and showing signs of dementia. She currently lives with and is primarily cared for by our aunt. We are looking for additional support two days a week to provide our aunt with a much needed break and extra assistance. Responsibilities May Include:
- Assisting with mobility and ensuring safety
- Taking her to the bathroom and changing diapers as needed - Preparing and serving meals
- Supporting daily routines and personal care
- Administering or reminding her to take medications as prescribed
- Communicating updates or concerns to family members
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with dementia care preferred (but not required)
- Ability to speak Urdu or Hindi is a plus, but not required
