6-year-old child needs home health aide or caregiver 4 days a week after school (on Mondays, Wednesdays–Fridays) from around 3:45/4–6 pm. Care will be provided at an after school daycare facility, so center staff provide most care and engagement––the aide just needs to be available to provide additional support and documentation around activities of daily living (e.g., meals, toileting).

Care is also needed for additional hours (full or half days) on days when the child is in childcare for longer periods (e.g., professional development days when elementary school is closed).

It's ideal if the caregiver could cover all hours––this job would be great for someone who already works at a school or has a flexible schedule. However, if you can only cover after school hours, we are still interested! Please reach out.
