Transportation to/from Doctors Appt and staying for appointment

I am looking for someone trustworthy and reliable to drive my 79-year-old mother-in-law from Gastonia to and back from a doctors appointment in Charlotte on Thursday April 18th. 3-6:30pm. We would like someone who can both drive and stay with her during the appointment. This could turn into recurring work as needed.
