80 year old female with recent back fracture who was extremely independent prior to her fall who needs a check in around the noon hour three times a week. Very very light housekeeping ( put dishes in dish washer, let the dogs out to go potty, etc) and to help with anything that she needs that she can no longer due. She can not twist or bend over and is in a full spine brace.

Does NOT need help with showering, toileting etc.
