Once a month be available for care of elderly mom - she is able to move around and take care of herself. She needs help with getting her mail in complex, occasional travel to local Stafford doctors, and possibly run errands if required. Mainly needs some attention/meal prep/conversation. During that week, maybe 2-3 hours a day/ 3 days a week. Hours can be flexible unless she has a doctors appointment.
