hello , my name is Ryan Nicole and I am a 28 year old female CNA in good standing with the state, I have experience in many fields and with 10 years of experience in hands on health care. I became intrested in caring for others when i was young and cared for my great grandmother and my mother as well until her passing. i care deeply for those i care for and feel it is my calling in life to care for others in any way . i believe you must have a compassionate and caring heart in order to help others. i have experience in caring for a variety of people most of which includes those suffering from Alzheimer's disease and dementia. i also have experience in caring for hospice patients and post surgery patients in a nursing home setting as well as in their own homes.I have the capability to multitask. I have very good communication skills both face to face and over the phone.I have the ability to work in a fast paced work environment and I work well with others or on my own. i have experience in caring for people who suffer from incontinence and need extra care or special needs to people who need total care.i am very organized and i strive to go above and beyond in everything that i do. i have a very strong work ethic which i think is a rare thing these days. i learn quickly and follow directions to the fullest. i have worked in healthcare assisting nurses in their work as a CNA, i do my best work when i am working for someone who needs me and i think i am a very intelligent woman and i can think inside the box to so outside of the box it would amaze you. my work experience and ethic will speak for themselves and my work will show the dedication and the pride i take in all that i do. I truly do love caring for others. I have two amazingly beautiful children of my own ages 4 and 7, four nieces and nephews and a very large family. I've had experience in caring for special needs children and those that need special care. I have experience in preparing meals,cleaning,transporting and house cleaning as well.i have a good driving record, love being a companion for someone and am very skilled in the nursing asistant field.
