Hello! My name is Jade Eldridge and I became a caregiver because my grandma was the most important person in my life and seeing how she was treated by other caregivers broke my heart so I wanted to become one so that some people never have to experience what I did. I have been a caregiver for a year. I worked at 3 assisted livings in the memory care units.
