senior care companion, help with groceries, take to doctor's appointments, conversate, and love. The Senior sitter service idea has evolved when we realized most people taking care of a loved one live with restricted lives (not able to attend a movie, concert, theatre or just go bowling). There are times when some relief is needed, but Mom, Dad or other loved one cannot be left unsupervised, lest they get into mischief. I have personally experienced the responsibility of a family member and being home bound because we could not leave him home alone.
