Kaitlin’s Bio
I have experience caring for elderly and children. I was a live in care companion for my grandparents, especially my grandmother, both times she broke her hips. I would provide essential care such as administering and logging medications and my grandmother's insulin, as she was a diabetic. Both of my grandparents have Alzheimer's and Dementia, so keeping a log was very important. I also assisted with bathing, meal prep and planning, cleaning, feeding and caring for the dogs, grocery shopping, and just being there for them as a companion and friend. I spent hours conversing with my grandmother about various topics while I assisted her, which made the time a much more enjoyable and pleasant experience for the both of us. I hope that I can give this same level of assistance and care to someone else who needs my help.
