I've always been "pushed" to be a caregiver of sorts, as I'm the oldest of my parents' 6 kids (ranging in age from 22 to <6 months old). As such, I've been prepared very well to take take of children. I've also had two years of experience teaching in a pre-school setting, so I do have experience taking care of many different types of children. I also enjoy helping other people, so I could be a sort of "care companion," or somebody who can just sit and comfort someone who is hurting. I've received a bachelor's degree in psychology so I've been trained extensively on the best methods to be a good comforter.
