Nicole’s Bio
Hi there! I’m a CPR and First Aid certified nurse with over 15 years of experience caring for people of all ages and needs. My journey in healthcare has been rooted in compassion. I’ve worked in psychiatric care, senior homes, and spent five rewarding years as a school nurse, where I cared for medically fragile and special needs students.
As a mother of four (now teens and young adults), nurturing others comes naturally to me. I understand how deeply families want to feel safe, supported, and confident in the person they trust with their loved ones. Whether I’m helping with everyday routines or offering calm, skilled care in more complex situations, I show up with love, patience, and professionalism.
I also have experience with dementia care, having lovingly cared for my own grandmother through her memory loss journey. That experience taught me the importance of gentleness, presence, and honoring each person’s dignity. Families often say I bring a calming presence and make both children and adults feel safe, seen, and at ease.
No matter the setting, whether it’s caring for a child with sensory needs, a senior with health challenges, or simply being a supportive extension of your family, I’m here to help lighten your load and bring care you can truly trust.
P.S. My calendar is open and I’m flexible with scheduling to fit your family’s needs, including weekends and overnights if needed. Rates vary depending on the number of hours and the level of care involved. For 40+ hours per week, I’m open to a minimum of $26/hour, depending on the needs of the individual and the consistency of the schedule. For part-time roles, I’m happy to discuss a fair and supportive rate for both of us.
