I volunteered for many years a neighbor to neighbor located in Prescott Valley Arizona. What neighbor to neighbor does is assist those who are disabled, handicapped, unable to drive. The volunteers there take people who have registered for the program two appointments, grocery shopping, doctor's visits necessary things in life.
