Hello! New to The Valley, I am excited to discover a new caregiver ( child or adult) position. Caregiving in home, is my true passion, and what I'm happiest doing.
Certifications: CPR certified, therapeutic nutrition certified, HHP, and studying CNA.
I provide and have much experience in both private elder and quality child care.
Experience: (elder care) over a decade in private elder care memory services and physical therapy as well as disabled care para and quadriplegic care, and diabetic care.
(Child care) 20 years raising my my own children myself, with great effort and focus on academia, activity, esteem building, emotional wellness, and mindfulness. Ten years in home education, curriculum creation. Activity over screen time, nature over gaming, a listening ear and sense of humor are key.
I excel at home organization & providing a healthy, clean environment and find it a key component to providing care, as it minimizes stress and increases positive flow in the day, and overall.

About me: Active and fit health conscious Mother of three well rounded, academic and active (now adult) kids. One, a published writer living in Paris, France- another, agricultural real estate agent and one preparing for early graduation after study abroad. I love rock climbing, hiking, practice and teaching yoga animal, healthy cooking and travel.
