Hello my name is Sarah, I became a caregiver a few years back to help care for my grandma. I helped her with just about everything, from being there to listen and have a conversation to helping her to the car, to putting her in bed. After that I learned to help my parents with their medication and from there I started helping older family members with being their caregiver as well. I was cpr certified and it expired but I'm retaking the class again this month.
