Hello! I love helping people and come from 3 generations of RNs. I started taking care of others at the young age of 12 when I met my best friend Kiela. Kiela had a degenerative disease called friedreich's ataxia that sadly affected her ability to walk and complete tasks that required fine motor skills. Additionally she was diabetic which I assisted her with blood sugar checks and insulin administration.
I have six years of experience in the medical field as a licensed psychiatric technician and have completed my pre-RN courses. I worked at Napa State hospital for a year and also was a medication pass nurse at San Quentin for 5 years.
