Julia’s Bio

For this past year I was living in Berkeley working as a personal chef for two families, each with three children. My responsibilities included, but were not limited to, getting the kids ready for school, fixing their breakfast and dinner and organizing and accompanying the children to their after-school programs. I have a degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Sussex in Brighton, England. I have ample experience working for private prominent families around the world (I was an Au Pair in Paris for 1 year) and have a strong ability to balance the organizational and personal elements of such a job. I lived for the past year in Berkeley completing a graduate program in Holistic Nutrition at Bauman College. I am passionate about healthy eating, believe that 'food is medicine' and enjoy putting this passion into practice in families homes. I am available to come into your home and prepare nutritionally balanced and delicious meals for you and your family or to treat any particular health condition. I have studied at various juicing/cleansing retreat centers in Spain, Italy and Portugal and am well versed in the art and science of these most necessitated elements for our busy lives.
