Hello! My name is Juanita Ortiz. I am 21 years-old and I live in Canoga Park, CA. I think that being a sitter is a very important job to have. It requires a lot of tenderness and care but most importantly, you need to have a lot of patience. Being able to help others is what I truly enjoy doing, and being a caregiver allows me to do just that. I've had quite the experience in working as a caregiver for both children, and adults with special needs. A lot of those cases included home-care. During my shifts, I not only help the client get dressed, fed, and taken care of. I also do a lot of companionship. Mostly with the elderly patients. They are the ones who usually need more companionship and supervision the most. Being a caregiver for both the elderly and the youth; has allowed me to truly be grateful that I am able to help others who need it a little, or a lot. of help. i enjoy helping others and care-giving allows me to do just that.
