I have the greatest respect and appreciation for our seniors. I am most comfortable working, speaking, helping, listening and learning from our senior community. The majority of my home care and caregiving experience is from nearly 2 decades of caring for my own medically fragile daughter who passed away 2 years ago at 19 years old. I have a lot of experience with many things. Medication, equipment including oxygen, wheelchair, feeding pump, CPR, First aid, and AED. I do have full, hands on training in the hospital by Specialty Dr's and a lot of awesome nurses. I have always felt drawn to my elders. And the more elder the stronger the pull. It didn't take me long to realize this and why. I believe our elders are priceless and should be treated as such. We wouldn't be here without their hard work and sacrifice. I want to show my respect and appreciation every day. I can not see myself being satisfied in any other type of employment. Nor would I want to apply myself so completely as I want to while working with our seniors. I also have experience with previous clients including dementia, Parkinson's and quadriplegic. Wheelchairs, lifts, transfers, and mobility assistance are not a problem for me or new. I believe that my greatest skill is my ability to learn and apply almost anything and everything I am taught and is needed from me in a home care setting. I have lived this life and gained an enormous amount of experience,
