I have been in the care world since 2011, but grew up watching my mom provide care services and companionship for most of my childhood! I often went with her to work, and spent time with her clients. I worked in an assisted living facility for 5 years, followed by private caregiving for some years after that. My clients were dementia and Alzheimer's patients, and I am well-versed in memory care, as well as bathing, transferring, medication management, and general care. I am trained in first aid and CPR, but do not have current certifications. If desired, I would be happy to obtain them. I have been known for my compassionate nature and calm demeanor.
