My name is Adrianne, I am a CNA and pursuing a career in the nursing field.
I first began my journey as a care taker for my grandmother in 2017 and found that I had a growing passion for helping others, genuinely wanting to help provide a better quality of life to those in need.

In my years as a CNA I have worked for 4 Wonderful families over the past 5 years ( 2 of which hired me through Sittercity.com) overnight and weekend Live- In for a lovely Elderly woman.

Very experienced in Hospice, assisting with daily tasks, meal prep and feeding, administering medications, Diabetic care, showering, dressing, changing (incontinence care), light house work (laundry, bedding, sanitizing living area) rx refills, following/ applying patient care plan under supervision of RN and DR orders, wound care/ preventative care as instructed by RN and DR. assisting with PT plan. ambulatory assist ( Hoyer, walker, wheel chair, gait belt etc.). providing transportation to and from appointments etc. all stages of alzheimers/dementia, memory loss, fully incontinent and non ambulatory as well as Stroke and Cancer patients.

I decided to continue my education in nursing and graduated from Northbay Nursing Institute with a certification in Nursing Assistant and CPR cert.
