Before my current work as a Behavior Technician and Paraprofessional, I spent several years as Direct Care Staff in dementia care homes and as a Direct Support Professional in group homes with developmentally delayed adults, so senior care is deeply familiar territory for me.

I have extensive experience assisting with daily living skills including grooming, bathing, dressing, feeding, incontinence care, health monitoring, safety maintenance, and documentation. I've also spent six years as a full-time caregiver for elderly and disabled family members, so patience and dependable care truly come naturally to me.

I'm CPR certified and trained in positive behavior support and de-escalation, so families can feel confident their loved one is in safe, capable hands. I'm comfortable working in home settings and genuinely enjoy building real connections with the people I care for.
