My name is Janice, and I’ve spent the last 40 years working in holistic healthcare as a physical therapy practitioner and nutritionist, with a Master's degree in Natural Medicine. My specialty has always been in pain and stress management, and much of my focus throughout my career has been on senior care.

I ran my own private practice for four decades, and during that time, I had the honor of supporting countless families—helping their loved ones stay comfortable, feel supported, and maintain a sense of independence and dignity as they aged. I’m now transitioning into private, in-home senior care because this is where my heart is: offering compassionate, hands-on care for seniors and peace of mind for the families who love them.

I’m especially experienced in working with families who are navigating big transitions, whether that’s moving a loved one into home care or coordinating with hospice. I'm deeply committed to creating a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for every client I serve.
