My name is Lisa. I am kind, compassionate, and reliable. I have been a caregiver for many patients, including a man with severe autism, a paraplegic who had a stroke, a blind woman, a bedridden man with nephropathy, a woman with schizophrenia, a woman with multiple sclerosis, and elderly patients, ambulatory and immobile, some with dementia.
I have helped with companionship, meal prep, cleaning, running errands, rides to doctor appointments, and ADL's including bathroom help, washing and hygiene routines, getting dressed, and feeding.
I am doing the prerequisites to get into nursing school which will take a couple of years. I am IHSS certified. I am a nonsmoker with a college degree from UCSD in Communication. I am an avid dog and pet lover.
