I am a 20 year old student at Loyola Marymount University, currently pursuing a B.A in Psychology.
Ethnic Background: daughter of Latino parents.
My goal is to enter Dental School and become a Pediatric dentist because I sincerely love and enjoy being around children. I have a passion for working with children.
I have about 4 years experience with babysitting children between the ages of newborns and 5.
My last job position was an After-School Program Teacher where I worked with a kindergarten class. I had 20 students between the ages 4 and 5 and was required to teach them how to do their homework, read, write, count, etc. I also conducted many different educational games and fun arts & crafts acivities. This job taught me patience, creativity, & how to build a strong/caring relationship with each child.
Children need attention, care, motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive environment with positive energy :)
