Knows exactly how to handle and interact with children. My daughter fell in love with her and was always super excited to see her. She interacted perfectly with her and knew exactly how to handle her "moments"
She was a pleasure to have around and we would recommend her to any family looking for a sitter day and night.
Upon our return to LA we would love to see michelle again :-)

We have no family in LA and don't get out as adults much because it's really hard to trust someone with your kiddo. Michelle made it easy. She met with us before hand and we could tell immediately that she enjoys kids. She's come over to babysit twice now and both times she was punctual, playful and kind of perfect. In fact, the second time, my son asked if I could leave already because they needed to play. We've definitely found our top-of-the-list babysitter and I couldn't recommend her more.

My family came to LA from NY for one week - I was bringing my two daughters (4&6) with me - and desperately needed reliable care. After 2 sitters I had booked (one on standby) canceled upon our arrival at LAX I was at a loss. In the rental car I frenetically messaged sitters that had applied - saying that I needed someone in an hour - unheard of - especially during rush hour traffic in LA. Michelle called me within 5 minutes and calmly, with a beam of sunshine in her voice, said that her GPS said it would take around an hour to get to me. I could hear the intelligence, warmth and 'can do' attitude that is extremely rare to come across. An hour later she arrived at our doorstep - and immediately with her grace and kindness rallied the kids on an adventure. I was set at ease. For the remaining week - the girls looked forward to their adventures with Michelle. She planned, organized, drove, responsibly fed them, carefully & lovingly and intelligently handled the children. They went to the beach, aquarium, bowling, swimming pool and just lounged at home reading and painting. They adore her - not because she spoiled them - but because she has authentic love and respect in her character and the kids reciprocate that. I just cannot say enough about how lucky my family feels that we met her. It is pretty much summed up by my daughter (age 6) "Everything with Michelle is awesome!". Too true! We all miss her after the brief week we had together.
