I am an associate therapist with my ACSW and a certificate in mental health direct practice. In addition to being a therapist, I also was a former adjunct theatre and mindfulness professor at Point Park Conservatory. I have experience teaching theatre, mindfulness, movement, professional seminar, and more. As a teaching artist, I taught people of all ages drama in LA and NY. I am caring, create a safe atmosphere, and encourage exercises that promote wellbeing.
