Stacy’s Bio
My name is Stacy. I'm a 48-year-old single parent to a teenage daughter. I was a special ed teacher for over 20 years. Originally from Michigan.
I have a great resume and one awesome list of reviews and references upon request! CPR/First-aid Certified!
I love to sing, dance, do arts and crafts, be outdoors, swim, go on outings, and I love animals! I'm open minded and sadly I can only speak English.
I've had over 30 years of experience with children and adults of all ages and abilities. (infants too!)
I am a safe, caring, creative, fun and attentive caregiver who lives in Park Labrea near the Grove.
I am a loving, optimistic, patient, and a compassionate listener with a gentle sense of humor.
I have worked with all ages and abilities of adults and children- in group homes, schools, and private care.
I was my Mother's guardian the last few years of her life. She had life long mental illness and dementia.
I have a safe new car and willing to take client's out into the community from home or facility. I can also help with self care, meds, light cleaning, meal prep, and errands.
I am seeking work close to my home.
Seeking fulltime - atleast $25 an hr. (Overnight- less$)
If I can meet your needs, let me know. I'd love to speak with you.

watched our two and four year old boys for a night and they loved her
Stacy babysat our 11 month old when we had a last minute cancellation. She was great all around and bonded with him very well!
She was great! Very helpful with our son while we were working from home. Friendly, funny, helpful, playful, resourceful. Just a joy to work with. Wish we could use her more.
Stacy babysat our 9 month old and we felt so lucky to have found her! She is very caring, responsive and easy to communicate with, and did a great job stepping in and figuring out his routine when we were in need of a last minute sitter. It’s clear she is experienced with kids and I trust her care. I would definitely recommend!
Stacy's been babysitting for us for over 2 years, picking up our LO after school. My daughter has autism, and Stacy is patient, creative, loving, follows the household rules, checks in often and provides me with the confidence that my child is safe. She proactively plays games, makes art and sings :). Other parents at school have come to know and love her and have asked her to babysit as well. We love her!
Stacy is very committed person , with good qualifications , she have provided evening care for my 2 boys 7 and 11 , and was great with them
she have adorable 9 years old daughter who comes with her sometimes and kids enjoyed her company too ..
we are interested to hire her again once we are in Los Angeles again
Stacy was an amazing babysitter, and a great person! Being a teacher too was just an extra bonus to having her watch my boys. My 3.5 year old twin boys loved her and she brought her daughter too which was a total bonus for double fun playtime! They loved it! We hadn't had a babysitter before and they exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend her for your family! :-)
