Nursing Professional providing home care for those preferring to remain in the community at home. I am experienced and mature. You will find I become productive immediately! I can aid in your transition from the acute care hospital to home. I can stay with you for part of the day or up to 24 hours if you need the support. I will come to your home and care for until you are on your feet and feel strong. I can take you to appointments, pick up your medications, do your laundry, cook and run your household until you can manage it once again. If you need assistance for the long haul we will know if we're a good match and can adjust our arrangements to fit any changes as they occur. I have an 8 hour minimum and can stay up to 24 hours for short intervals of time. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in retaining my services. I live in Martinez but will travel as far as Palo Alto, any travel over 30 miles I do charge an extra hour for travel time -to be negotiated. I am 100% on board to support your goals and help promote positive life experiences.
