I am experienced care giver in California. I have taken care of on an as needs basis and some scheduled events, a quadriplegic adult woman who was also very self destructive. In a better scenario I took care of a 92 year old woman who was suffering from many conditions including a thin skinned condition where her skin would rupture upon contact with any surface. I was able to change that condition through better nutrition, constant massaging of the skin, and keeping her active with the activities such as cooking that she wanted to do.
