Have master's in education and worked in family medicine as a nurse (RN) for 8 years. Created Kidz culinary academy and implemented in public schools, to empower children to plan, plant, grow, harvest, and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables with the goal to eat meals they prepare themselves.
