Hello, my name is Gail Garrett and I am a certified Professional Life Coach, who has also successfully completed some graduate coursework in the pursuit of a career in Social Work.

However, I have always put my family first before career, so my experience as a companion to the elderly began with caring for my own father. Even though my father's cardiologist said he had less than 2 years to live, I took my father in and cared for him for 12+ wonderful years until he passed away peacefully in 2006. Since then, by word of mouth, I have served as a compassionate friend and caregiver to the elderly and terminally ill parents of many of my friends.

I am dedicated to my client's health and well-being and committed to assisting them as a personal concierge. I provide only the most basic medical care or hygienic services.
