Caring for others has been a consistent and meaningful part of my life for as long as I can remember.

I began babysitting in my youth and throughout my teen years, caring for infants and young children. In college, I worked as a respite care provider supporting both children and adults with developmental disabilities, including overnight shifts in a residential home setting. That experience strengthened my patience, attentiveness, and ability to provide steady, compassionate care in a variety of situations.

Within my own family and community, I have also provided hands-on support to loved ones. I cared for my great aunt and a neighbor who both lived with dementia, offering companionship, supervision, and daily assistance while ensuring they felt respected and safe. I have supported my mother through post-surgical recovery, helping with household tasks, transportation, organization, and personal care needs.

Across every stage of life — from infants to seniors — I bring calm energy, kindness, and genuine attentiveness. I am organized, reliable, and comfortable with both routine care and situations that require flexibility and problem-solving.
