I've spent the last decade caring for others. I've been a mother, a caregiver in skilled nursing facility, hospitals and I've taken care of my mother at home for some time until her recent passing. I am a people person but the people I like to be around the most are usually those who are older than myself and children. I have lots of respect for my elders. I love doing care for seniors. I enjoy their wisdom and maturity and hearing stories from the old days and learning from them. I always no matter the situation provide the dignity and respect they deserve. I care about the work I do and I take immense pride in it.

I currently have no certifications but for a long time I was a certified nurses assistant. For a little while I worked at a rehabilitation hospital as a physical therapy aid. I've done all the prerequisites to enter the registered nursing program however
