I had work while going to school at the same time a while back. Had the wonderful opportunity of watching over a co-worker's kids while they ran a couple of errands during that time. To add to that, I've been helping my cousin with his kids as he goes to work. I imagine a care companion as someone who can help someone out (parent/guardian) when they ask for it.
