Hi my name is Sofia, I am caregiver of 5 years. I am experienced in all type of care but I am more experienced in dementia/Alzheimer’s. I have worked in facilities, one on one in home care and personal companionship. I started off as a caregiver to help out the elderly in a facility where I worked as a cook. I fell in love with the care and companionship of many of the elderlys there. I love putting a smile on their face and help where they need it. I love hearing all the stories they have to tell and most of all I love that at the end of the day I can bring some joy to them.
