I love being a Caregiver as it gives me an opportunity to share love, kindness, empathy that people long for when they are in a condition that requires love and compassion.
My late mum (God bless her soul) was discharged from hospital and we told to spend 2 weeks with her as that is the time estimated by doctors to live.
I brought her home and that 2 weeks end up to be 9 months she lived with us. Every single day, cared for her, carried her to bathroom, showered, changed her diapers, dressed her, feed her if I have time. All this has to be done before going to work and the cycle continues when I return from work.This continued for 9 months until God took her away.
From this experience I have been a Caregiver from last year and I enjoyed serving people with outmost sincerity.
