I am a caregiver with 4 years of experience, including employment with the County of San Diego’s IHSS program. My duties included meal preparation, light housekeeping, routine laundry, shopping for food, and other shopping errands.

Another position involved the care of a sweet senior lady of 102yrs of age in her twilight year of life, whereupon I assisted her with daily walks and exercise, administered to her meals, monitored her medications, provided her with companionship, and entertained her with humor and games.
I also have worked as a Caregiver for a terminally ill patient who had incurred a very serious stroke. The patient was non-ambulatory and required frequent exercise and massages to alleviate arthritic pain and stiffness, and administered medications and meals as directed by hospice personnel. I am both First Aid and CPR certified.
