My name is Melissa Little. I’ve spent the last 20 years recruiting in high tech environments and my last role was at Included Health where we focus on making care accessible for all people.

I am passionate about helping others. As a care companion, I took care of my mother through multiple health issues until her death. Currently, I assist my mother-in-law in taking care of my 84 year old father-in-law in their home who suffers from Alzheimer’s. But my most significant caretaking is for my daughters who are 14 year old twins. One of them was diagnosed at 8 years old with a neurological behavioral disorder association with strep infections.

I have 4 nurses in my family including my sister and my late mother so I grew up surrounded by caretakers.

I was recently laid off from my tech company and I’m looking to use my time helping others and developing relationships with people needing assistance.
