Having earned my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education .I understand the importance for informed academic counseling and program planning in a higher education environment.I really feek and believe youth are the leaders of today . Where the best ans nothing less when it comes to succeeding in their accomplishments and goals I always have been invloved for being a true leader amd metnor and educator towards the youth .Starting when I was young I became involved with the Diocese San Jose as the Core leader for Life Teen Youth Ministry for St. Maria Goretti for the past 10 years now .From planning and putting as together with the other leaders and youth minsister in charge . Of putting together the required material and cirriculum and expected requirments to be met by the students.
 .As well planned out door events and fundraisers and parent meetings because we really believe in the parent Involvement as well . Later on then I went ot San Jose City College to receieve my Assosiates Degree in Early Childhood Education .After everything I decided to work for Franklin Mckinley School District at Captain James Dahl Elementary as their paraeduactor with assisiting the teacher in the class room setting with the class . At the same time I became a catechist teacher where I worked with children grades of second and third where I planned mpst of the cirriculm for the year and the syllabus  for all the lesson plan .The students had indoor and out out door class work amd was gives quizes amd test had the parents really invloved but at the same rike really engaged with the kids and as well had art and crafts fun activities that had to do with the lesson of the day.
After that I went to 24 Hour Fitness and became a sales advisor and associate  where I also worked am6d was their main Kids Club .Attendant for their kids club program where I worked and took care of the kids as well really engage with them did arts amd ctafts and fun activities  as well provided help home work assigments if they brought it with them.I was working for two years with Children ages 6 months to 11 years old at 24 .
