Dear Parent,

I am excited to tell you a little bit about myself. I have an Associate's degree in English and Liberal Arts- Social and Behavioral Science from De Anza Community college and I double majored in Microbiology and in Neuropsychology, as well as minored in Child Development at California State University, East Bay. A successful child provider such a babysitter/ nanny are not only knowledgeable in their job but also caring, patient, and compassionate. I believe that child providers should be versatile and aware of each child's' needs and wants in addition to their cultural background. All kids are not the same, and the nanny should make it a priority to welcome the differences. As a ABA therapist , I've heightened and developed my skills to understand the unique needs of each child that I have had the honor to work with. I've developed effective listening skills, reward positive reinforcement and encouragement to keep kids motivated in learning, playing, and being the best that they can be. I am looking forward to using the skills I have gained from my previous experiences to work with your child/ children.
