I have always loved working with seniors....and their pets. Many of my closest friends are of the older set....I can learn alot from them!

I have been a mother for 35 years; I have adult children in their 30's and a 21 year old; my youngest is a special needs 17 year old who is high functioning and alot of fun. I am also owned by a black and white American Shorthair named Maui, and he is definitely a one-woman cat....my husband joke that if Maui were a man, he believes Maui would give him a run for his money! But I spend the bulk of my time volunteering in the community, participating in a free, no cost, no obligation Educational Program that is currently being offered in 239 lands by 8 million volunteers. This program centers on the Bible, and it's answers to life's big questions. I voluntarily participate in this work daily, spending about 70 hours a month in it. While my husband work full time for a major communications company, I am looking for something part time that I can do in my off hours that would not interfere with my volunteer work. I also went to school in 2014 and earned my California CNA/HHA license, as I am also interested in the Medical field, and it does also allow me to work with seniors, and that is always pleasant for me.
