I am a United State Marine Corps veteran, mother of three children, and a graduate from Cal State University San Marcos with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. My recent past experience involved providing care and physical therapy rehab aide for an elderly person with rigidity and dementia. The caregiving aspect included helping with clients's ADLs: getting dress, eating meals and aiding mobility/ROM. The PTRA aspect involved helping with walking, aquatic therapy, corrective exercise (passive stretching, active stretching), monitoring gait and form constantly to make sure they are not exacerbating their bio-mechanics dysfunctions. I enjoy working with people, and have a customer-service oriented mindset. Also I treat people how I would want to be treated with kindness and respect.
