I have personal experience with caring for/providing companionship for the elderly or those recovering from medical situations. I assisted my grandmother and father of a friend in the months-year before their passing, making their days as enjoyable as possible. I provided physical assistance, help taking/reminding medication, emotional support/companionship, help running errands, rides to doctors appointments, etc. Despite the personal experience, I do not have any professional experience in the industry. I would treat any one under my care as I would any family member. Our elders are a treasure and are meant to be cared for with pride and compassion.
