I am an experienced Child Care and Senior Care provider. I have 10 years experience in Child Care, and 4 years experience in Senior Care. As a trusted home health aide, I am trained in bathing, transfers (heavy weights), meal preparation, companionship, range of motion exercise, and 7 day med program. I have experience with ADL's, including both physical and emotional support. I am capable of implementing new activities that improve the quality of life of the seniors that are in my care. As for childeare, I have been a nanny and au pair for many families, with children of all ages from 0-15 years old.
