Hello! My name is Shannon. I love helping people out and giving them a reason to smile! I have been the reliable go to person within my family & close friends when it comes to caring and helping my family members who are getting up there in age and need just a little extra help or companionship or conversations so they don't feel as lonely and feel like they have a friend to lean on. I can also help with learning smart devices such as cell phones or tablets. I am First Aid and CPR certified. I have a medical assistant associate degree. I am very trustworthy, have integrity, honor respect, I am gentle, kind, and caring. I am a mom of a 7 yr old. I have experience with light housework including laundry, errands, grocery shopping or any type of shopping, meal preparation, safety supervision such as changing from a chair to the bed, transportation to doctors appointments or getting to any social activities, safely helping getting in and out of a car with a walker or a foldable wheelchair, I can help with let care or light exercises such as talking a walk or help body movements and stretching by following some fun exercise videos. There is a lot I am happy to help with! I do work for Adams 12 Five Star School District, I have availability when I am not working my day job, which is typically after 3 pm and anytime during the weekends. Additional days may be available when the district is closed.
