Elderly Care Experience: I have worked extensively with the elderly who have either been diagnosed with dementia or are in hospice care. In these roles, I serve as a companion or guide for art therapy experiences (visual and music therapy), as I believe in the power of the arts to transform the the lives of all individuals

- Everyday personal needs such as toileting, bathing and grooming;
- Program and organize arts and cultural outings/accessibility programs for the elderly and their caregivers at Denver Arts Museum and others.
- Perform light housekeeping activities such as cleaning, dusting and vacuuming as well as bed making and changing of linens;
- Physical and mental exercises prescribed by their doctors
- Escort and transport to and from appointments with hair dressers, doctors, and physical therapists;
- Provide companionship on a daily basis by lending an ear or a shoulder to lean on;
- Engage in outdoor activities such as walking and light sports;
- Prepare food or oversee the preparation of food to ensure that hygiene standards are met and that doctors’ orders are being followed
- Manage laundry and ironing activities
-Run errands including grocery shopping, bills payment and mail handling
- Maintain a safe and clean environment and ensure that garbage is taken out on a daily basis.

Child Caregiving Experience:
I have worked extensively with children on the autism spectrum in the areas of yoga and art therapy (visual, music therapy, and even dance). I believe in the power of the arts to transform the lives of individuals, and particular children with special needs.

- Take children to and from school, appointments, and arts and cultural activities.
• Organize and take part in children activities; games, crafts, reading and outings (museum programming and others) and exercise;
- Plan, prepare and serve meals to clients;
- Maintain healthy and hygienic environment in the home;
- Observe children behavior and make reports for caregiving, home care or babysitting agency;
- Keep records of everyday activities and health information;
- Teach children in special hygiene and social development
- Take an active role in the emotional well-being of children;
